How can I skip a delivery or pause my subscription?
Simply log in to your Dr. Marty Pets profile, select Manage Subscriptions, select Active, then select Edit Subscription.
From here, you can make changes to your name, delivery address, and payment method. You can also update your delivery schedule or skip deliveries, as needed.
When will I be billed for my subscription?
When you sign up for our subscription service, your monthly billing cycle will begin on the day you place your order. From then on, your account will be billed monthly on that same day.
However, you are always welcome to change your charge date or your subscription frequency in your Dr. Marty Pets account! Click here to login or create your free Dr. Marty Pets account.
What happens if my subscription product is out of stock?
In rare situations when we cannot fulfill your order in a timely manner due to inventory issues, we’ll send you a notice via email with all the information you need regarding the next shipping date.
That said, our Subscribe & Save member orders are always our #1 priority. So on the off chance we do run into inventory issues, rest assured we’ll be working hard to resolve any issues and make sure you receive your order as soon as possible.
