SWEEPSTAKES OFFICIAL RULES

  1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. SWEEPSTAKES VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
  2. Eligibility: The Dr. Marty Pets Giveaway (the "Sweepstakes") is only open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF THE STATE OF RHODE ISLAND, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Proof of residency and age may be required. Winners acknowledge that if they enter the Sweepstakes using a fraudulent name or account, they will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes. Employees of California Pet Partners, LLC (the "Company"), and its respective affiliates, advertising or promotional agencies are not eligible to win, nor are members of such employees' immediate families. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, domestic partners, children, siblings, grandparents and grandchildren.
  3. Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on July 7, 2021 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on July 31, 2021 (the "Sweepstakes Period").
  4. How to Enter: During the Sweepstakes Period, simply complete and submit an entry form located here: PSP Contest
  5. Winner Selection: Ten (10) winners will be selected at random during the week of August 9, 2021. Winners will be contacted by email message, or U.S. Mail if email is not available, within ten (10) business days following the close of the Sweepstakes Period. If any winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to either select an alternate winner or not award that winner's prize. Company's decisions regarding all matters related to the administration of the Sweepstakes and selection of winners are final.
  6. Prize: Ten (10) prizes are available for the Sweepstakes. Each prize consists of twelve (12) 16 oz. bags of Dr. Marty® Nature's Blend Adult Dog Food (approximate MSRP of each prize $380.00). Company reserves the right to substitute a prize with a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event an original prize is not available due to circumstances beyond Company's control. The winners are each fully responsible for any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes). The prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions or substitutions. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be shipped to the winners via U.S. Mail. Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, misdirected or damaged mail. Prizes lost or damaged in mailing will not be replaced.
  7. Agreement to Official Rules: Entry in the Sweepstakes constitutes a participant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules. By submitting a Sweepstakes entry form, each participant consents to being contacted by Company and/or PSP Group, LLC regarding other promotional offers and products. Each participant further consents to be contacted by Company in connection with the Sweepstakes, and grants Company and PSP Group, LLC, the right to use and publish the participant's proper name online or in any other media in connection with the Sweepstakes.
  8. Release of Liability: By entering the Sweepstakes, the participant releases and holds Company, PSP Group, LLC, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, managers, members, officers, employees, and agents, harmless from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or any prize won.

    COMPANY (INCLUDING OUR PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, THIRD PARTY CONTENT PROVIDERS, MERCHANTS, SPONSORS, LICENSORS AND THE LIKE, AND OUR AND THEIR RESPECTIVE DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS AND EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "RELATED PARTIES")) PROVIDES ITS WEBSITES PRODUCTS, AND CONTENTS OF ITS WEBSITE ON AN "AS-IS" BASIS AND MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE OPERATION OF THE WEBSITE, OR ITS INFORMATION, CONTENT OR PRODUCTS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COMPANY AND ITS RELATED PARTIES DISCLAIM ALL SUCH REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES INCLUDING, FOR EXAMPLE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
  9. Choice of Law: The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, excluding conflicts of laws principles. By entering this Sweepstakes, participants hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of California courts (state and federal) in Los Angeles County for any causes or controversies arising out of the Sweepstakes.
  10. Miscellaneous Conditions: The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. The Sweepstakes may only be entered in or from the United States. Sweepstakes entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be disqualified. Company has the sole discretion to terminate the Sweepstakes at any given time, or to amend these rules at any time for any reason. In the event of an early cancellation, Company reserves the right to award a prize in a random drawing from all eligible entries received before the time of cancellation. Company is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software; or failure of any entry to be received by Company on account of technical problems, cellular or internet service issues, or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or any combination thereof.
