    Jessica Kania

My Luna Bear was not having this new raw diet at first. I reconstituted the dry pieces with warm water, she sniffed the bowl once and never came back to it. I’ve since been adding just a few of the dry bits to her regular food and she will eventually eat them once all her regular food is gone. I don’t think I could switch my kitty to this diet exclusively but I’m happy she will eat a bit here and there so at least she’s getting some good nutrition!

Love it. Was scarfing it down at first, but now only eats a little. But surprised after 18 yrs that he would love it on first try! Coat looks better. Way more alive than he’s been the past month which was a difficult time.

  6. 5 out of 5 My kitty Pearly Mae

    Phyllis A MacDonald

Pearly is a rescue kitty about one year old. Since starting Dr. Marty’s food, her coat is much softer and shinier and her energy has increased. She is very happy and lovable and isn’t waking me up early in the morning to be fed. Overall, she is just one happy kitty! She used to get angry with me for no apparent reason, but so far, this behavior has stopped. No more nipping at me. Strangely, she rarely meowed, but she has become more talkative and enjoys life more. Not sure what is in this food, but it has definitely made a difference.

  9. 5 out of 5 A royal Princess eats like everyone else

    Lauren Rose

Our 15 year old tabby Princess (short for Princess Kitty Fantastic; my daughter named her) was incredibly finicky. We were feeding her Blue Buffalo which she ate albeit reluctantly. I frankly did not think she would eat a raw food diet. But she did. She’s 15 so I had to ease her into the food a little longer than Dr Marty recommended. But it worked in the end. We used to have to coax and beg her to eat. Now she comes to us at meealtime and meows until we go to the kitchen. Once we start she sits patiently while the food soaks in Water. However when the 3 minute buzzer goes off she starts meowing loudly while we’re breaking it up. She doesn’t stop until you put the dish down for her. The only thing we’ve had to do differently is to mix a little bit of canned meat (tuna, salmon or chicken) in with the Natures Feast. She won’t eat otherwise. She’s always been a very healthy cat so I can’t say there’s been a big change in her but we have noticed other small changes like an even shinier coat and a very more lively attitude. Like many of you finance can be a problem. We are on a limited income and I was thinking of how to afford this. I had been getting my nails done every other week but I found that eliminating this just about paid for the food. To me there was no question. The joy of a happy, healthy cat outweighs any luxury. We also hope we’llhave Princess with us for more years to come.

  10. 5 out of 5 MY CATS LOVE IT!

    Lori Kiper

I have six cats…no I’m not a crazy cat Lady! Just lost my dog to a very large tumor on her spleen, she was 14 yrs old.
I think all the over the counter food is full of fillers an I just decided I’m trying Dr Marty’s Nature’s Feast for my cats.
They range from 4 months to 19 yrs old… the first week was challenging, I followed the directions an used warm water an mixed in can food, reducing the amount over the 10 day period. I bought organic bone broth an heat up a bit an also slightly crush the kibbles too! It does take a bit more time but not a drop of food is left now! The hardest part is I use to leave dry food down all day an they no longer get that… I think they miss that a lot! The kitten Lady Gaga liked it from the beginning! But that’s been a challenge because she wants their food too! So I have to keep her separated!
But I am very very happy that they are eating so well!
I wish they made a bigger bag? It is pricey for 6 cats… but I think I’m breaking even on what I was spending including the dog food too! I plan to work it into my budget somehow? It takes almost a week to get too, so I have to plan ahead!
    !,

To be honest I wasnt sure about this food, but Im truly amazed. We have 2 cats, my 14 year old male has been eating it for a month now and I am so blown away. He is doing things he hasnt been able to do in years. It makes me so happy to see him so full of life again. My other male, he wont eat it. But I’m still trying.

  12. 4 out of 5 Transitioning is Key

    Martha

I am a volunteer in a cat shelter and after seeing the success of raw food improving the health of some of our new kitties with health issues, I decided to try it on my own 7-yr-old healthy tortie. My experiment wasn’t an initial success but after doing some investigation on the Internet, I found the company’s booklet providing suggestions for transitioning to Dr. Marty’s food. With those suggestions as well as some improvising, things are a great deal better. My cat is now enthusiastically eating 50% Dr. Marty mixed with 50% Fancy Feast Turkey Classic with two Hills (t/d)dental treats placed on top. She loves it. We’ll see what happens as I increase the proportion of Dr. Marty’s raw. Hoping for a 5/5 soon. Paws crossed!

  14. 5 out of 5 Kitty Monsters in Tandem

    tibbi gunn

This is a very good product and over time I’ve tried all the best PLUS those I made myself with butcher cuts of meat, vegetables and supplements. The only improvement I could wish for is that the bits were easier to cut up since my ‘kids’ won’t finish all the food on their separate but equal plates if I can’t cut them up small enough for their Holinesses. So, I may have to go buy a hand chopping/grinder to deal with the requirements of the Tandem Terrors. Other than that, Good Job Dr. Marty, Good Job! Thank you

  15. 5 out of 5 First Meal - WOW

    Diane L Bernard

I have a Norwegian Forest Cat – he’s a really big boy and hits the scales at just over 25 pounds. I stopped giving him dry food when he was very young because I recognized immediately that it contributed to packing on the pounds. So I’ve always fixed homemade food to mix in with his high-quality wet food. However, I’ve been concerned about the fact that I’m cooking the food so he hasn’t been getting any raw meat in his diet. Well . . . the food arrived today. As soon as I opened the bag he started yowling for me to hurry up with his dinner. I served it wet mixed in with his usual canned food. WOW – it disappeared in about 2 minutes flat! Thanks Dr. Marty – this is the answer I’ve been looking for. Diane B.

  16. 5 out of 5 Our cat loves it

    Diane

I love the versatility of it being like a dry food but when you add a bit of water it gives it a little “gravy”. Most importantly, our cat loves it and eats every morsel so it must taste good!

Nature's Feast is Great for Picky Eaters

Cats are known to turn their nose up at food–even food they’ve loved for years! Turns out that there is actually an explanation for your pet’s picky behavior. To put it simply: they want variety! In the wild, your cat’s diet would vary, depending on what kind of food was available. Since they’ve been domesticated, that’s not always the case.

Something wonderful about Nature’s Feast is all its different ingredients! Cats are obligate carnivores, which means they absolutely need a meat-based diet to survive. Nature’s Feast boasts seven different animal products, which ensures that your has the variety they instinctively crave.

Nature's Feast Ingredients

At Dr. Marty’s, your pet’s well-being is of utmost importance. The ingredients in Nature’s Feast are from high quality, all natural sources. Each is carefully selected with your cat’s best health in mind. This grain free cat food uses 7 different meat-based ingredients and an array of cat-friendly fruits and vegetables.

Freeze-Dry Technology

When pet food is cooked at high temperatures, it is depleted of most nutritional value. To avoid that problem, the ingredients in Dr. Marty’s cat food are freeze-dried while they’re still raw, preserving the food’s beneficial nutrients and delicious flavor.

Full of Flavor

One great benefit of freeze-drying Nature’s Feast is that it maintains the ingredients’ natural flavors! With tasty ingredients like turkey, beef, duck, and salmon, your cat won’t need to miss out on high-quality taste.

Natural Preservatives

Natural preservatives help your cat’s food stay fresher, longer. They are safe for your pet to consume without long-term side effects. Artificial preservatives, on the other hand, can have detrimental effects on a cat’s health.

Nature’s Feast includes salt and mixed tocopherols, which are both natural preservatives safe for your feline friend.

Nature's Feast Fed Wet (or dry)

Nature’s Feast is freeze-dried, but with a little bit of water, it turns into tasty wet food that satisfies your cat’s appetite. Since cats often don’t drink enough water on their own, feeding wet food is one way to help improve their daily water intake. We all know how picky cats can be, which is why you can add as little or much water as your cat likes. And, while Nature’s Feast is not intended to be a dry food, sometimes that’s all a cat will eat! If that’s the case with your feline, Nature’s Feast can also be fed as a dry cat food.

The Physics of Felines

Cats are agile creatures! At times, it even seems like they defy the laws of physics. A healthy cat in its prime of life can jump about 5 times its own length. Felines are well-known for falling from great heights and landing on their feet. They’re naturally arboreal animals, which means they tend to live in trees (when not living with a human companion). As they have evolved, their bodies became more resilient to falls.

In order for you feline friend to continue living its best life, Nature’s Feast provides all the best nutrients to ensure that your cat can continue to thrive.
