The Nature's Feast Chicken 12oz cat food is praised for its high quality and the positive impact on cats' coats and fur. Cats enjoy the taste, and the chicken formula is highly recommended. However, opinions vary on the amount of food to add and whether some cats will eat the freeze-dried formula.

"At first they were skeptical, trying a different food, but after removing their old food, they were gonna eat it and they love it. They had more energy, and was ready for meal time. That will be right out with Dr. Marty’s food. I gave them back their old food, and you could tell that it’s just not as good. They threw up several times suggesting back to the old food so I will buy them this food as much as I can afford to."

"I know I have the best there is now as the problem with raw freeze dried for cats has been the wrong vegetables for cats in dog food and only meat for cats will not work either so with Dr Marty I get exactly what a cat needs in raw freeze dried. Convincing Mercy is another thing as rescued cats are use to not so good formulas in canned and lousy additives in kibble but it is what they have gotten accustomed to. She refused it a while so tried adding Nature's Logic Chicken Bone Broth and soften it with that instad of water and it is beginning to work"

"At first, my two cats loved it because it was new. And then they backed off a little bit. But then I had one cat that loves it, but he loves to eat.. two of my cats are a little bit old. One of them is less than two years old. So I have arrow and he is approximately 12 years old. And then I have Evie and she is approximately nine years old. That’s just a guess I want you to know. And now we have one that’s outside she is solid, black, and the cutest thing ever. She is under two years old. She likes it a lot too. So I decided to buy all those flavors and a bag of chicken treats, especially for health reasons for my older cats. So I have those three cats and a couple that come that are either feral or just neighborhood cats. I really don’t like spending that much money to feed them, but I’m still feeding them anyway because I love them. So I’m looking forward to getting their treats. They should be here soon."

"I have 4 cats and it used to be that only my youngest male Ragdoll would eat this, and he loves it. This last batch I ordered has gone so quickly I know the others are eating it now too. I don't know if the formula has changed or they just warmed up to it but I love that they love the good quality food Dr Marty makes. I crush up the topsy treats on top of the regular food and it's irresistible to them!💕🐾"

"Adopted our cat 14 years ago at 6 months old. Only cat we’ve ever had who would not eat. Every different cat food wet or dry he would eat for 2 or 3 days and then refuse it. 4days after introducing Dr Marty’s he has been eating. That’s over 6 weeks now !! He likes it wet and dry. He looks and moves so much better and his coat has improved. He is moving and chasing squirrels. Thank you so much Dr Marty. Eva NEVER KIBBLE 👍"

"My cat will not eat his Poultry food. Tried the Beef variety also with no luck. He only will eat gravy, Orijen dry cat food and a few treats. Very picky eater. Followed your guidelines (start with 25% but he would not eat it. ) Whereas my 5 feral cats love your food! Especially when I wet it down with warm water. Likes having a warm meal when weather is cold. I have a very small cat with hyperthyroidism and he love Dr Marty food. I hope it’s helping him. Wish my pet cat Freddie would love it too."

"My cat Sir Sid Vicious Loves the chicken food I mixed with his other food and He picks it out and eats it first it’s expensive But he’s worth it!!"

"Wade finally decided to like one of your "healthy" foods! I give him a spoonful of wet food twice a day which he really looks forward to, and then he has a bowl of nature's feast which he grazes on throughout the day and night. He really has become more energetic and actually playful at times, and his coat is shiny and his eyes are bright. My only complaint is that nature's feast is so darned expensive!"

"KittyMan loves these little nibbles. He picks them out of bowl and leaves his usual dry food. BUT I ordered another bag (just 5.5 ounces) at the UNAFFORDABLE price of 28.00! There is no way I can feed him this new favorite food without mixing it with his usual so there won’t be many orders in the future."

"He adapted very well to changing from canned food to Dr. Marty's. I keep dry food available all the time for him. I give him half a cup of your food twice a day & he eats it all. I'm glad I switched him to Dr. Marty's. I feel it's better for him than the canned food was."
