Tootsie is a rescue dog from New York. She and her sister were found in a crate on the sidewalks of Manhattan. Needless to say, they were both in bad shape. I adopted her in September of last year. Now, though she had been deprived of food, she was still a very picky eater. I had a hard time trying to get some food that she liked.
