This cat food is awesome. Freeze drying the food is perfect so all the good nutrients and taste are not cooked out of it. […] Wonderful pet food!

  6. 4 out of 5 My cat LOVED IT WILDLY!!!

    Linda Thomas

To my astonishment, as I walked by my delicate little gentle cat with the totally new & UNopened bag of these raw, freeze-dried little chunks, MY CAT WENT WILD (never since I owned her the past 7 years!) and PAWED VIGOROUSLY AT THE STILL-SEALED-UP BAG, even though I’d never bought it or anything like it before. When I opened the bag, her eyes opened VERY WIDE at the smell of it – like it was something very wonderful to her. Although the chunks seemed a little too large & hard for her to tackle, I just poured about a cup of them into my blender to crumble it to near-powder. Then, starting slowly as the website advised, I just stirred 1 teaspoon of the powder into her dish of canned food (to which I’d already added a few tablespoons of hot water to, as always, for a little gravy). The moment I got out of her way, SHE DEVOURED IT and was very excited at the “experience” it was for her! The bag is nearly all used up now, and she continues to eat it and get excited when I bring the little glass jar of the now-powdered food near her plate. This is clearly a GOOD THING for her. P.S. I’ve noticed that her BMs are larger & softer with less of a bad smell, and she has gradually lost her excess weight (not sure what else to attribute that to). Although she loves her meals, I find that she’s not endlessly craving food, which I think might be on account of her now feeling more SATISFIED (due to finally getting what she was needing all her life), and she has never lost interest in the Dr. Marty raw food ground treat that I add to her food. She can jump high again – higher than ever, in fact, and is a very happy cat – more affectionate & trusting than ever (even lets me trim her claws). I’m buying another bag today : )

  8. 5 out of 5 Mia is 14 and she looks and acts like a kitten again

    Debra Fox

Mia has been on the food and salmon snacks for just over 2 weeks. She loves it. She is 12 lbs and she eats 1 cup a day. I started out mixing the food with about half a cup of sodium free chicken broth and gradually decreased it until I am using almost all water. She is more content, calmer, more loving, her skin is fabulous and her fur is silky smooth with no oily look. She has more energy and is playful like she was years ago. […] She reminds me of the sweet little kitten she used to be.

  9. 4 out of 5 So far it’s a hit!

    Ann B

2 cats, both 12 years old and 1 is diabetic. This food he does not throw up! I don’t mix with water so he eats it as dry food.

  10. 5 out of 5 My heart is full

    Crystal Meo

My cat Lily has been by my side for 13 years. She just started losing weight which has made me concerned and sad. I decided to try Dr. Marty’s cat food. It has now been one month, and Lily has started to play, be more hyper, and is 100 percent LESS grumpy to other family members. I cannot believe it. Lily woke me up in the middle of the night by running playfully across me. This is something she used to get in trouble for. I sat up at 3 am and just smiled at her. She’s chasing toys this week and wanting to play. This is behavior I haven’t seen in a couple of years. Thank you so much for this wonderful product. Both my cats eat it dry and love it.

  14. 5 out of 5 So far, so good.

    Mona Fuller

Coco is about 11 years old and seemed to be more allergic to something, itchy. She’d keep me up some nights with her scratching…she was growing irritable…I finally came across your cat food after watching the video. Well, I am still transitioning her from her kibble and I believe she is better. More relaxed, friendlier and her coat is softer. Fingers crossed and about to order another bag!

  15. 5 out of 5 She's eating it!!!!

    Dr. Jo Turner

We did the transition diet as you suggested – and she is loving it! We would fix the old food and she would sniff and walk away only to return hours later to the dried out crusty stuff. Not any more!! We put the dish down and she is right there waiting for it. She eats the majority of it all at one sitting, but before mid-morning she has come back and cleaned it all up.

  16. 4 out of 5 Wonderful kitty food!

    Cheryl Biscoe

My kitties are doing well on this food. I am still phasing out their dry kibble, but it seems to be well tolerated. Rare vomiting, and if they do it’s the other kibble. I am still feeding some canned food but the cats really love that.

  17. 5 out of 5 Very Happy with this food!

    Janet Sunter

I have five cats, so it is difficult to please everyone, but after a couple of days, they are all enjoying this food (dry). It is high quality, and therefore little expensive to feed that many mouths, (not complaining), as I already feed another Dr.”s expensive dry food. I leave one bowl of Dr. Marty’s down, dry, and grind some up in food processor and mix the powder with their dry kibble. that seems to make everyone happy, including me, as I know they are all getting the added nutrition. I keep the powder in an airtight container so I always have it on hand. Additionally, they all love the salmon treats. Thank you

  18. 5 out of 5 More Energy

    Glynis

Wow, I’ve really noticed all of my cats seem to have a lot more energy after starting them on Dr. Marty’s cat food. They are more active, are starting to play like they did when they were younger, and I noticed their fur looks shinier. They didn’t immediately take to eating the freeze dried food but I would add a little warm water or warm chicken broth and they eat it right up, especially when I mix in a few of the salmon treats! I feel much better knowing I’m giving them healthy food.

  20. 5 out of 5 He grabbed the bag off the counter!

    Mary E Miller

Bear loves Nature’s Feast–it hadn’t been in the house more than 15 minutes before I found him on the kitchen counter (a big NO-NO) grabbing the unopened bag. I chased him through the house to get it back. Bear is two years old and loves to eat, but is not fat and patrols his territory outside for a few hours each day. He loves Nature’s Feast, though it is not his sole food at this point. I would recommend NF to picky eaters. It might pique their interest with its admittedly pungent odor. Remember, though, to refrigerate once the bag is open.

Nature's Feast is Great for Picky Eaters

Cats are known to turn their nose up at food–even food they’ve loved for years! Turns out that there is actually an explanation for your pet’s picky behavior. To put it simple: they want variety! In the wild, your cat’s diet would vary, depending on what kind of food was available. Since they’ve been domesticated, that’s not always the case.

Something wonderful about Nature’s Feast is all its different ingredients! Cats are obligate carnivores, which means they absolutely need a meat-based diet to survive. Nature’s Feast boasts seven different animal products, which ensures that your has the variety they instinctively crave.

Nature's Feast Ingredients

At Dr. Marty’s, your pet’s well-being is of utmost importance. The ingredients in Nature’s Feast are from high quality, all natural sources. Each is carefully selected with your cat’s best health in mind. This grain free cat food uses 7 different meat-based ingredients and an array of cat-friendly fruits and vegetables.

Freeze-Dry Technology

When pet food is cooked at high temperatures, it is depleted of most nutritional value. To avoid that problem, the ingredients in Dr. Marty’s cat food are freeze-dried while they’re still raw, preserving the food’s beneficial nutrients and delicious flavor.

Full of Flavor

One great benefit of freeze-drying Nature’s Feast is that it maintains the ingredients’ natural flavors! With tasty ingredients like turkey, beef, duck, and salmon, your cat won’t need to miss out on high-quality taste.

Natural Preservatives

Natural preservatives help your cat’s food stay fresher, longer. They are safe for your pet to consume without long-term side effects. Artificial preservatives, on the other hand, can have detrimental effects on a cat’s health.

Nature’s Feast includes salt and mixed tocopherols, which are both natural preservatives safe for your feline friend.

Nature's Feast Fed Wet (or dry)

Nature’s Feast is freeze-dried, but with a little bit of water, it turns into tasty wet food that satisfies your cat’s appetite. Since cats often don’t drink enough water on their own, feeding wet food is one way to help improve their daily water intake. We all know how picky cats can be, which is why you can add as little or much water as your cat likes. And, while Nature’s Feast is not intended to be a dry food, sometimes that’s all a cat will eat! If that’s the case with your feline, Nature’s Feast can also be fed as a dry cat food.

The Physics of Felines

Cats are agile creatures! At times, it even seems like they defy the laws of physics. A healthy cat in its prime of life can jump about 5 times its own length. Felines are well-known for falling from great heights and landing on their feet. They’re naturally arboreal animals, which means they tend to live in trees (when not living with a human companion). As they have evolved, their bodies became more resilient to falls.

In order for you feline friend to continue living its best life, Nature’s Feast provides all the best nutrients to ensure that your cat can continue to thrive.
